The Rate Management Division monitors revenues and expenses of the City's utility funds to ensure continued financial stability; develops utility revenue estimates for the budget; prepares utility analysis to facilitate long-range capital planning; advises managment about options to minimize the impact of rate changes; and ensures that rates are entered and mainteained correctly in the automated billing system.
